  Strategic Talent Management and Employee Retention: Examining the Role of Career Development and Organisational Support

  Abstract

  The research looks at the role of strategic talent management in employee retention in terms of career development and perceived organisational support. Secondary research with peer-reviewed studies published after 2021 was conducted through a structured review of talent management practice, career development opportunities, and organisational support. The results show that retention is enhanced by recruitment, learning, performance management, recognition, and progression done in a fair and consistent manner. Career development enhances participation and dedication but could promote external mobility where there is limited progress. Organisational support minimises turnover intention by enhancing perceived value, wellbeing and trust. Sustainable retention is hence based on an organisation setting organisational priorities with employee growth, fairness, and management support.

  DIGITAL SOCIAL ISOLATION AND THE CHANGING NATURE OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AMONG YOUNG ADULTS

  Digital technologies have revolutionized how young adults communicate with each other, and they offer more opportunities to interact with others online but also may diminish the importance of in-person communication. The aim of this research is to examine the link between digital interaction, social isolation and transforming interpersonal relations in young adults. Thematic analysis was used to look at key themes and identify major patterns, using an exploratory research design and secondary qualitative research methods, where academic databases and published sources were used. The results highlight five main themes: high exposure to virtual social media networks increases social isolation; social media communication is rather passive and is used to handle information that is already prepared; algorithms curate content, meaning there is a diminished opportunity for social interaction; social roles and economic pressures increase feelings of social isolation; social interaction through active and reciprocal communication can improve relationships. The research findings suggest that with more digital connectivity, there can be more loneliness and less meaningful interpersonal connection. To foster healthier interpersonal relationships in digitally mediated settings, active communication, mutual attention, and frequent face-to-face interaction are, therefore, crucial.

  Influence of Social Media Comparison on Self-Esteem, Body Image, Satisfaction, and Psychological Well-Being among Young Adults

  This study explores how social media comparison relates to the self-esteem, body image satisfaction and psychological well-being of young adults. Evidence was systemically reviewed using a secondary qualitative research design from the peer-reviewed literature, meta-analysis, experimental studies, and authoritative sources mainly published since 2018. Five themes were synthesized across the themes: upward social comparison, idealised appearance and body dissatisfaction, psychological distress, platform and gender-related vulnerabilities, and the possibility for positive effects of body-positive content and digital resilience. Results suggest that comparing one to idealized versions on social media is linked to lower self-esteem, body image satisfaction, and mental health. There is also some evidence of a moderate correlation between online social comparison and body image concerns, and a potentially more positive effect when people compare downward and/or engage with supportive body-positive communities. The study underscores the need to foster digital-media literacy, redesign the platforms to be healthier, create positive online communities, and implement resilience-based interventions to help young adults have healthier psychological reactions.

  AI-Assisted Learning and Students’ Critical Thinking: Examining the Influence of Generative AI on Learning Engagement among Higher Education Students

  Generative AI has revolutionized the results of alliteration in higher education industry. These instruments are, nowadays, flag bearers of instant information development and personalised assistance. This study investigates the double impact of Generative AI on the learning engagement and critical thinking of high education students. Utilising secondary sources and thematic exploration, this study has assessed how increased adoption of generative AI has impacted students' active thinking, independent learning, and educational engagement. The outcomes of this study indicated that GenAI can be a functional tool that is a learning facilitator and probable cause of cognitive offloading among learners. This depends on the perspective of learners’ usage of Generative AI. However, this research concludes that Generative AI is a strategic resource for critical thinking but can also impede it when used as a substitute for cognitive effort.

  Effectiveness of Exercise-Based Physiotherapy on Functional Recovery and Quality of Life among Individuals with Chronic Low Back Pain

  The aim of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of exercise-based physiotherapy on quality of life and functional recovery among individuals with chronic low back pain. The findings of the study will support evidence-based decisions to select suitable exercise interventions as well as designing patient-oriented rehabilitation programs. The study will be useful for healthcare organisations as well as policymakers to understand the significance of non-invasive and accessible rehabilitation. In comparison to traditional pharmacological treatment, exercise interventions form a significant part of non-pharmacological therapy, which helps in reducing drug dependency and lowering the risk related to side effects. Secondary data has been collected from systematic reviews, randomised controlled trials, peer-reviewed journal articles and meta-analyses focusing on exercise-based physiotherapy, quality of life, pain, disability and functional recovery in chronic low back pain. The findings have shown significant clinical implications. Physiotherapists are required to use progressive, patient-oriented and structured exercise programs to consider rehabilitation goals, preferences and functional limitations.

  Digital Payment Adoption and Financial Inclusion: Examining the Mediating Role of Financial Literacy and the Moderating Effect of Digital Trust in India

  Abstract

  Digital payment acceptance is recognised as a significant stimulator of financial inclusion by providing underserved and unbanked individuals’ access towards the structured economic systems. The drivers of digital payment adoption among the Indian population are the initiatives of Digital India by the government and the elevation of internet and mobile accessibility. This study aims to evaluate the digital adoption trends, digital trust style, digital literacy & awareness level, and financial inclusion among Indian users. The study followed the protocols of the inductive approach, secondary data collection method, and thematic analysis to access qualitative information. The findings outlined that the scope of digital payment acceptance by Indian users is limited due to the absence of financial literacy. Without having digital trust, financial inclusion is discarded. One of the most effective recommendations for this study is to follow the mixed data collection method, statistical analysis, and focus on implementing strong system security to measure the digital payment channels adoption patterns and accelerate financial inclusion through digital payments.

  INFLUENCE OF YOGA ON SELF-CONTROL AND MORAL BEHAVIOUR AMONG SCHOOL STUDENTS

  Abstract

  Yoga has increasingly been acknowledged as a whole-child educational approach which can compound with the physical, psychological, emotional and behavioural growth of children and young people. This research paper highlights the effect of Yoga on the enhancement of Self-control and Moral behaviour of the School going children through Secondary Qualitative type of research. Review of current qualitative data, educational discourse, theories and reports regarding the connection between yoga and emotional regulation, self-discipline, empathy, responsibility and matters of ethics. The results show that the practice of yoga makes students more capable of controlling their feelings, coping with impulsive reactions, focusing attention and cultivating increased awareness of thinking and acting. A by-product of these changes may be the development of moral qualities like being respectful, cooperative, patient, responsible and compassionate. The study also shows that Yoga works best as a school-based activity, rather than just as a physical exercise. But the impact of yoga is dependent on its regularity, length and extent; student participation and participation of the teacher, and broader school culture. Overall, this research concludes yoga as an enriching complementary educational tool for improving the level of self-control among school children and promoting positive moral development.

  Judicial Precedent in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Evaluating the Future of Stare Decisis in the Indian Legal System

  Abstract  

  The embedding of Artificial Intelligence into judicial decision-support tools, semantic research processes, and legal research options demonstrates a structural barrier to the doctrine of stare decisis under the legal hierarchy of India. However, this technology reinforces operational efficacy in resolving the Indian court backlogs; the adoption process is threatening in front of the Policy Directives and Judges in terms of constitutional integrity. This research study aims to outline the acceptance pattern of judicial precedent in the age of Artificial Intelligence-driven legal judgment under the Indian legal system. The study strictly followed a secondary qualitative thematic analysis to validate the identified research problem. The major finding of this study is that AI-driven legal judgment, by implying the protocols of Articles 21 and 141, creates structural bias and jurisprudential stagnation while predicting judgments in legal cases. Finally, this study recommends the mixed data collection method by entitling both secondary qualitative and primary quantitative methods to validate the outcome both statistically and thematically.

  INFLUENCE OF TALENT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN IT ORGANISATIONS

  Abstract

  This study focuses on the effect of talent management on the performance of employees in an information technology (IT) organisation. The research aims to discover the important dimensions of talent management in the recruitment, training and development, retention of talent, performance evaluation, career development and engagement of employees and measure their effect on the employee performance. The secondary qualitative research technique was used, based on an interpretivist philosophy and an inductive research approach. Data were gathered from peer-reviewed academic literature, and organisational reports, and analysed thematically. The results show that good talent management practices lead to better employee performance and enhance employee engagement; skill set growth, career development and organisational productivity. The study also reveals that competency-based recruitment, soft skill development, performance based appraisals, certifications, leadership development and continuous learning are some of the key strategies to build employee capabilities. Overall, a good talent management strategy can contribute to the competitiveness and sustainability of an organization in the fast-evolving IT industry. The study suggests some further studies using mixed-method approaches to be able to give a greater empirical understanding in the future.

  The Impact of Buy-Now-Pay-Later Services on Financial Budgeting Behaviour among Young Adult Consumers Using Digital Payment Platforms

  Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) concept provokes purchasers to buy items instantly without triggering their logical thought process and utilise their money in scheduled instalments or small chunks. This research study aims to thoroughly understand the impact of the BNPL service mechanism towards financial budgeting behavioural patterns among adult youths by utilising the digital payment platforms from the perspective of India. The study utilised the secondary qualitative research method through the wider accessibility of articles, journals, PDFs, FinTech reports, magazines, and newspaper content. The findings of this study are aligned with the Mental Accounting Theory to highlight that BNPL purchases are operational expenditure over formal debt liability formation. The summarisation of this study demonstrated the elevated adoption rate of BNPL among younger demographics. However, youths' frequent association with the debt stacking procedure in various independent digital payment gateways creates an unexpected financial strain and auto-debits after using the BNPL services. The recommendation of this study is to utilise the empirical analysis, statistical interpretation, survey strategy, and primary quantitative data collection method in addition to the qualitative thematic analysis to further develop in-depth and more accurate numerical information on the relevant topic.

  The Influence of Digital Payment Fraud Awareness on Consumer Trust and Continued Usage of UPI-Based Payment Services

  Abstract

  Digital payment services in India have been on a growth spurt, especially with the introduction of Unified Payments Interface (UPI), which has revolutionized the way people conduct financial transactions in a more convenient and faster manner. With the rise of digital payment, however, the risk of fraud, cybersecurity threats and loss of consumer trust have increased as well. This study aims at understanding the extent and type of digital payment fraud in India and its effects on consumer confidence, impact of consumer awareness of payment fraud on continued use of UPI and government initiatives to enhance consumer protection. The study uses secondary data derived from academic literature; government reports, industry and credible online publications, and the study will have an exploratory research design. There were four themes that were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that QR code scams and fraudulent payment requests are particular security threats, as are other types of digital fraud. Because of the limited awareness around cybersecurity, not only consumers, but also the less-informed ones are vulnerable. The study recommends better fraud prevention, authentication, and targeted awareness-raising campaigns to ensure consumer trust and safe use of UPI.

  Recent Advances in Multilingual Sentiment Analysis for Social Media: A Systematic Literature Review of Deep Learning and Transformer-Based Approaches

  Abstract

  Digital communication has evolved a context that allows us to capture different languages and trials in different cultures, leading to the development of multilingual sentiment classification. But the models that are based on transformer technology such as BERT and GPT-encouraged trials are more relevant and successful in interpreting the emotional tone of the text of various linguistic paradigms. This study employed a PRISM 2020 structural method and included 15 recorded sample literatures to curate narrative synthesis. Advanced deep-learning procedures and transformer-based models always seem to outperform convention language processing models regarding cross-lingual detection analysis. Despite numerous advantages, transformer-based tools also refer to limited annotation for limited languages and disparities in dialect modulation. Application of emojis, complex connotations, GIF, and abbreviations also present high-order barriers for transformer tools to conduct cross-lingual analysis. Overall, this report highlights the effectiveness of transformer-based approaches in gaining more cohesive and culturally explainable multilingual evaluation process which enable future social media-based natural language processing.

  Rethinking the Senior Secondary Mathematics Curriculum: A Critical Review of Curriculum Reforms for Improving Teaching Effectiveness and Student Learning

  Abstract

  The critical review demonstrates the reform of the senior secondary mathematics curriculum, aiming to embrace student learning dynamics and teaching effectiveness under the modern education system. The shift from the traditional procedure-based drill to mathematical modelling, data literacy, and conceptual understanding entails a fundamental transition within the advanced pedagogical approach. According to the ideologies of Fullan's Educational Change Theory, the reform mathematics curriculum, students' academic & career growth, teachers' new role entitlement, implementation hurdles, and strategic recommendations are aligned. The findings indicate that the policymakers and educators need to review the conceptual learning goals along with the cultivation of school-embedded professional learning communities. For developing a structured and advanced mathematics curriculum, the pedagogical approaches must be incorporated with inquiry-driven learning, digital tool integration, and a collaborative peer-observation method, resulting in minimising mathematics anxiety and widening the learners' desire to become successful in the STEM field and dream career.

  Relationship between Social-Media Financial Influencers, Speculative Trading Behaviour, and Risk Perception among First-Time Equity Investors

  Abstract

  This study investigates the influence of the social-media financial influencers on the speculative trading behaviour and risk perception of first-time equity investors. As more people are looking to online sources for investment advice, like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, financial influencers are emerging as a trusted source for financial information for rookie investors. The study is an exploratory research design, using secondary data from peer reviewed journals, books and industry reports and uses thematic analysis to find key patterns. The results confirm that investor engagement is significantly higher when they start to encounter financial influencer content frequently, which in turn leads to more speculative investor behaviour and cognitive biases such as overconfidence and fear of missing out (FOMO). The online influence of finance personalities further limits the amount of independent verification of investment information, making it easier to make risky financial choices. The study demonstrates that social media can help people access financial information, but relying too heavily on content created by influencers can be detrimental to making rational investment choices. The results underscore the need to foster financial literacy, critical thinking, and regulatory supervision to encourage prudent investment practices.

  Abstract

  The study has analysed judicial review and its impact on democratic governance. For this purpose the study has the objectives to identify the evolution of Judicial review and constitutional foundations in the major democratic systems globally, examine the role of judicial review in safeguarding fundamental rights and supporting the system of checks and balances within the structure of democratic governance, explore the impact of judicial activism on executive and legislative authority, and analyse whether the judicial intervention supports or challenges the democratic legitimacy, analyse the tension between democratic accountability and judicial independence and drive ways for maintaining institutional balance along with preserving the constitutional supremacy. In the methodological context, the study has selected a qualitative research method and an exploratory research design. Qualitative Data Collection method, incorporating previously published articles and journals. The qualitative data collection method was incorporated to study published articles and journals on the impact of Judicial Review on democratic governance. The study has incorporated thematic data analysis to analyses the collected data. This paper explores the role of the judicial review that is constantly changing with respect to the democratic form of government based on the constitutional grounds, protection of rights, judicial activism and balance of power. It also assesses how the courts are securing basic rights by negotiating the tension between judicial independence and democratic accountability in attempting to provide constitutional preeminence in the context of modern democratic establishments. More effective policy regulation and adaptation of balanced practice can improve the accountability. Inclusion of greater comparative case studies and empirical methods can eliminate the research gap in future to some extent.

  Impact of goverence on education sector

  Abstract

  The present research paper outlines the key objective to critically understand the impact of governance on the education industry. This study focused on the extraction of relevant information through the secondary qualitative method, enabling the authenticity of the research outcomes. This study utilised the exploratory research design to explore new ideas on the local governance’s transformation from the traditional governance framework. The main findings of this research study highlight that the governance in the education sector is a crucial element to integrate accountability, managing resources, and education policies & practices to deliver a top-notch education for the learners. A well-governed educational institute maximises the student acquisition rate and engagement intensity, along with the overall academic performance of the students. Finally, based on the four themes, it has also been disclosed that well-structured governance frameworks possess educational institutions’ accountability for financial management and a significant level of resource distribution to deliver quality education.

  Abstract

  The evolution of the judicial precedent under the constitutional adjudication across India is a most significant topic. The current research paper critically reviews the delicate equilibrium between the conventional doctrine of stare decisis, transformative constitutionalism, and judicial activism. The Supreme Court of India has effectively outlined the interpretive power according to the legal paradigms of Article 141 in protecting the advanced fundamental rights and human dignity. In this context, the historical revolution from a text-bound literalism within the post-independence phase to a value-driven Living Constitution Model is highlighted to understand the transformation style and pattern of the Indian Constitution. The frequent transition of this proactive paradigm develops a constitutional barrier. Henceforth, the overruling, innovative variations of precedents, and frequent modification unintentionally exposed the legal assurance. It has a direct influence on developing an institutional discrepancy, along with abandoning the lower courts, due to the absence of a steady interpretive standardisation. Reviewing all the secondary qualitative data and thematic demonstrations, the study outlined landmark jurisprudence with a range from the structural transition in Article 21 to the petition of constitutional morality and examined the systemic impact of judicial innovation.

  How Buy-Now-Pay-Later Usage Influences Budgeting Discipline, Savings Behaviour, and Short-Term Credit Dependence among Young Professionals

  Abstract  

  The Buy-Now-Pay-Later concept creates a psychological tug-of-war between the impulse buying and decoupling effect under the budgeting discipline. The study highlights the reshaping style of BNPL to allow users to interact with traditional loans, overdrafts, and credit loans. The Mental Accounting Theory is applied in this study to justify the money as a fungible option and categorise the capital as distinct mental accounts based on the source of the money and its desired utilisation. The key research question of the current research article is how the Buy-Now-Pay-Later ideologies are directly triggering parameters like short-term credit reliability, savings patterns, and budgeting discipline among the Indian youth professionals. This study followed the concepts of the secondary qualitative data collection method, exploratory design, and thematic analysis to check and analyse the research objectives, as well as the problem statement. The outcome of this study depicts the rapid market growth for BNPL, minimisation of psychological pain of paying, reducing the financial burden, and decentralised financial services insights. Another outcome is that the financial literacy among the young workers acts as a cognitive buffer to store their capital instead of destroying the savings to transparent point-of-sales debts. In conclusion, the study has portrayed that the adoption paradox of the BNPL concept among the youth population is lower than that of the older millennial, signifying a risky debt stacking across various BNPL platforms.

  A Study of Boys and Girls Students’ Conception of Gaps in Teaching and Learning Mathematics of Government and Private Senior Secondary Schools

  Abstract

  In mathematics education, a learning gap is a disparity
  between a student's actual mastery of concepts and the
  expectations for their grade level. Students’ conceptual
  understanding often struggles when they are forced to
  memorise formulas instead of understanding the spatial,
  graphical, and algebraic connections. The present study was
  conducted on the boys and girls studying in government and
  private senior secondary schools of Hindi-medium instruction
  in searching the degree of variation in their experiences of
  gaps in teaching and learning mathematics. The students were
  sampled from senior secondary schools. A questionnaire was
  administered to the sampled students for collection of data on
  a three-point scale (Agree/Neutral/Disagree) with respect to
  five areas of gaps: Curriculum and Content Gaps,
  Pedagogical Gaps, Assessment Gaps, Learning Environment
  Gaps, and Resources and Support Gaps. The Chi-square (χ²)
  test was applied in examining the degree of variation in their
  conceptions of gaps between boys and girls. It was reported
  that boys and girls certainly have some degree of variation,
  but not up to a significant level, among the students of
  government as well as private schools.

  included the objective to understand the evolution of Indian
  education policy connected to the major transformation in politics,
  comprehend how the political regime and ideologies influence
  institutional structure and curriculum design, investigate the
  importance of Federal dynamics and party politics in structuring
  the state and national level of education policies, analyse how
  education policies act as instruments of nation-building, identity
  formation, and political socialisation in India. The study has
  incorporated the qualitative method and Exploratory Research
  Design. For data collection, a qualitative data collection procedure
  from existing journals and articles, the government website was
  incorporated. Thematic data analysis has been incorporated to
  analyse the identified data. In the context of result, the study
  identified the evaluation of the Indian political regime and its
  effect on the transformation and formulation of its Indian
  education policies, political ideology has influence in
  reconstructing the textbook narratives, institutional governance
  and curriculum design, federal dynamics and politics has impact
  on the policy development, adaptation and implementation in
  regional and national levels, Indian education policy functions as
  an instrument of political socialisation, national development and
  identity construction. In future, the mixed method approach of
  research and effective focus on policy making for the state Union
  conflict may ensure the impact of research and national education
  policies, respectively.

  Investigating the Psychological Effects of Loneliness on Emotional Regulation, Life Satisfaction, and Mental Health in Young Adults

  Abstract 

  The cascading effectiveness of young adult loneliness is associated with exhausted cognitive traits and maladaptive coping. Both emotional loneliness and social isolation are significant negative predictors of destroying subjective well-being among the youth. The research question of this study highlights the variations of psychological influence upon the mental health, emotional regulation, and life satisfaction among young adults. The study strictly followed the secondary data collection method, with the design of four themes, incorporating relevant numerical and qualitative information. The study mandatorily aligned with the interpretivism research philosophy, inductive research approach, qualitative strategy, exploratory design, and research ethics. The outcome of this study articulates that the high degree of loneliness is robustly connected with the maximised dependence on the maladaptive emotional regulation mechanisms. The study also summarises that loneliness is a primary determinant for young adults in impairing their overall life satisfaction and mental health in terms of viewing through the Self-Determination Theory.

  Artificial Intelligence Surveillance and Its Impact on Psychological Safety, Stress, and Employee Productivity in Modern Workplaces

  Abstract
  With the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the
  workforce, the way workplaces track their operation and conduct
  their business has changed. The authors in this research paper
  analyze the psychological impact of AI surveillance on employees
  in today's workplace and how it impacts their psychological safety,
  stress levels, and productivity. The type of research that is
  conducted is qualitative, secondary research, descriptive research
  and thematic analysis. The sources of data were scientific journals,
  scientific articles, reports and online scientific databases such as
  Scientific Direct and Google Scholar. The results suggest that AIbased surveillance systems can enhance tasks' efficiency, safety,
  accountabilities, and optimization in real-time. But constant
  monitoring also brings along with it factors of psychological stress,
  loss of independence, brain burn out and stress of employee. The
  study also identifies a ‘paradox of productivity’ that monitoring too
  much can have the opposite effect, reducing creativity, trust and
  organisational commitment and increasing the ‘measurable'
  measures of productivity. The study reveals that while the use of AI
  surveillance can be beneficial for the organisation, overuse and
  unethical monitoring practices may pose a negative impact on
  employees' well-being and workplace culture. Therefore, it is
  essential for these companies to have an AI monitoring policy that
  is transparent and accountable, ensuring a balance between business
  productivity and employee psychological safety and trust.

  Context-Aware Sentiment Detection Using Multilingual Emojis, Slang, and Cultural Expressions in Social Networks

  Abstract

  The rigorous growth of social networking platforms demand
  connectivity with people around the globe and transformed digital
  communication using multilingual applications, emoji, slang,
  sarcasm, and culturally influenced expressions. Traditional ways
  of sentiment analysis systems often struggle to capture modern
  interpretation of the emotional side of digital communication. This
  research investigates how context-aware sentiment detection can
  improve emotion interpretation of people across digital platforms.
  This research adopts an exploratory design and secondary data
  collection method to examine the impact of contextual analysis in
  sentiment analysis across digital platforms. This research also
  referred to thematic analysis to build a more structural realm
  which can capture the factors that influence sentiment
  classification accuracy. This study concluded that multilingual
  context analysis, emoji interpretation, slang updates, and
  appropriate cultural knowledge can minimise this chance of wrong
  interpretation. The findings revealed a deep learning about
  contextual emotions, references, and cultural significance can
  improve sentiment detection performance in digital
  communication. Advanced integration of Natural Language
  Processing techniques can reduce the level of emotional
  misinterpretation and provide a more adaptive mechanism to
  support reliable social media analytics across various digital
  domains.

  Effect of Super Brain Yoga on Academic Performance among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Middle and Late Childhood

  Abstract

  Super Brain Yoga is an advanced exercise which reinforces energy for the human body to optimise and recharge the brain activities. The continual practice of SBY enables synchronisation of the brain hemispheres, maximises the alpha waves for patience, triggers the vestibular system, and translates the academic progression. The key objective of the current research study is to get an in-depth insight into the influence of super brain yoga on the academic performance of children with autism spectrum disorder throughout the middle and late childhood phase. This research study focused on a secondary study with a qualitative design and purposive sampling method to focus on the Indian autistic children. Through the five theme-based interpretations and collecting information from the authentic journals, academic papers, health journals, and peer-reviewed articles, the current research work highlighted the importance of super brain yoga in triggering the alpha wave in the human brain. The outcome showed that the super brain yoga is an intellectual tool and cognitive optimiser to modify the innovative level and logical thinking power of the autistic children, enhancing their academic performance level. Finally, this study was unable to incorporate authentic evidence information due to the non-consideration of the rigorous quantitative survey-based analysis.
